This industry-leading plasma treatment is an innovation from our own team: a treatment that can be applied to any polymer films for a range of benefits. Applying Camplus® will improve your film’s barrier protection and its interply bond strength, meaning it will keep products better-protected, and packaging construction will lead to more robust, reliable casing.
Pioneered by Camvac, the Camplus® plasma process uses bespoke in-house treaters to activate film surfaces without chemicals. This clean, controlled technology elevates adhesion for metallised layers and laminates – critical where seal integrity and package safety are non-negotiable. By modifying the film surface energy in-chamber, this treatment ensures superior metal adhesion and consistent barrier retention through your downstream processing.
